With help and support from her parents, Kelsey turned her talent for baking into a thriving business. Since one cookie is never enough, Kelsey's cookie sandwiches include two large cookies filled with buttercream in flavors such as Peanut Butter Toffee, Browned Butter Pumpkin, and Cake Batter Confetti. Treat your family, friends, or co-workers with a 10-layer stacked cookie cake that serves 6-10 people. For a touch of elegance, try the authentic French-style macarons, available in dozens of signature, seasonal, and holiday flavors, that may also be custom painted.
