The Northside Fourth of July Parade & Carnival is one of the biggest, best and most festive parties in the city all year! The parade has been held since 1854 and is a tradition beloved by locals. The Rock 'n' Roll Carnival was added as an extension of the celebration in the early '80s, and features live music, local beer and food vendors, family-friendly activities, and so much more. Bust out your red, white and blue costumes and come out to celebrate America!

When the sun sets, the sky will be illuminated by a spectacular hot air balloon and fireworks show.
Stricker's Grove is a family-owned amusement park in Ross, Ohio. While it is usually closed to the public and used for private functions most of the year, their annual 4th of July Celebration is open to anyone and everyone! Light Up Liberty is a 4th of July, alcohol-free, community celebration that offers plenty of fun for the whole family. Every year, upwards of 18,000 people attend this special event to experience live music and great food all from members of the community. Don't miss the Family Fun Zone, where you can ride carnival rides and play games, and the spectacular fireworks presentation at the end of the evening!
