Featuring 25 acres of exhibits and guest amenities, the Akron Zoo is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with family! Meet animals from all over the world up close, ride the train, spin around on the carousel, and marvel at the Wild World Animal Show. Admission is just $12 for adults, $9 for kids ages 2 to 12 and free for kids 2 and under.

This interactive museum for kids offers hands-on exhibits on science, technology, health and culture. The mission behind the museum is to be a gathering place for children and adults "where play inspires exploration, discovery and problem solving." There is always something to learn here, and the colorful space spurs the imagination!
It's not quite as wacky as Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, but the Harry London/Fannie May Factory still churns out mouthwatering treats people of all ages will love! Bring the family to take a 45-minute tour of the facility, where you'll be able to sample Ohio's famed Buckeye candies and surround yourself with the aroma of chocolate. Tours depart hourly Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
