Old Trail School offers exciting opportunities for children of all ages with a variety of interests. Each camp program lasts for one week and is built around a special focus or theme, so you can truly customize your child's experience! There are more than 150 offerings throughout the summer, but regardless of the program you choose, you can expect your kiddo to spend a full week exploring, discovering, playing, learning and making new friends!
For those who are absolutely wild about horses, Bear Creek Stables Horseback Riding Day Camp is a dream come true. Children ages eight and up are assigned a horse for the week, and during that time, they will be responsible for all aspects of the horse's care — feeding, cleaning the stall, grooming, tacking, and (of course) riding for one to three hours per day!
Whether your child is interested in skateboarding, softball, soccer, tennis or baseball, there is a program perfect for them with Canton Parks and Recreation. There are programs that extend throughout the season as well as one-week camps that cater to all ages and skill levels, so visit the website and get ready to surprise your kid with a summer of fun!
For the Adventurers
This camp is perfect for the kids who are wild about LEGOs, as it allows them to build things from the depths of their imaginations! Utilizing technic pieces such as gears, axles, motors and more, children will work in pairs to construct a variety of intricate models and creations of their own. The pace is fast, the atmosphere is fun, and there are plenty of games to keep the kids engaged.
