12 Places to See Santa in Akron and Canton This Year (Events, Photo Opportunities and More!)
Santa Claus is coming to town! And before he makes his list and checks it twice, you and your family will be able to meet him and share your wishes in person. Lucky for us, Ohio is one of his favorite states to visit, and he will be available at multiple locations around the Akron and Canton area for photo opportunities, breakfasts and more!
We rounded up the top 12 places to see Santa near Akron and Canton this year, so grab your camera, round up the little elves, and get ready to catch him before he heads back to the North Pole.
Akron Area
Children and adults alike will have a blast at this food-filled event. Join Santa Claus for a hearty breakfast at the Hartville Marketplace. Tickets are just $8.50 for children and $10 for adults, and include a full meal, a goodie bag and a professional photo with the man in red. There are only 50 spots available for each time slot, so make sure to get your ticket in advance here!
Santa Claus is comin' to town, but this year, he left his reindeer at the North Pole. Santa will fly in via plane to the MAPS Air Museum to visit the girls and boys on his "nice" list. Get your picture taken with him before he heads home, enjoy punch and cookies, and take some time to explore the museum as a family!
This holiday festival will feature live performances, fantastic fireworks, and a special visit from everyone's favorite man in red! Bring the whole family for this fun-filled event, and don't forget that camera — you'll need it to capture all of the memories! Photos with Santa will be available on the main stage shortly after fireworks have concluded.
Free Photos With Santa at Graf Growers
When: November 26, December 3 & December 10
Where: Graf Growers, Akron
Bring the entire family (even your pets!) to Graf Growers for a personalized visit with Santa! Warm up with hot chocolate from the cocoa bar and enjoy holiday treats while you're waiting. Kids are also welcome to join in and make a holiday craft to take home with them! Photos will be emailed to families within one week, and although they are free, donations to the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign are encouraged.Photos with Santa at the Humane Society of Summit County

Where: The Humane Society of Summit County, Akron
Well behaved dogs, cats, critters and humans are all welcome to grab a photo with Santa at this event! Your furry friend will look pawsitively fabulous set against a colorful holiday background, and you'll leave with a keepsake to display proudly every season. There will be a minimum $15 donation for a 5-10 photography session with the Big Guy himself, and all proceeds will go towards supporting animals awaiting adoption.Snack With Santa

Santa is going to be hungry after all of that flying around! Bring the family and join him for a pancake breakfast at Lock3. After eating their fill and sharing their Christmas wish list, your kids can explore the Akron Children's Museum, ice skating or a game of Polar Putt-Putt. Sponsored by the Akron Children's Hospital, this event allows children to share their wish list and get a professional photo taken with Santa.
